【Product Properties】
White crystalline powder or colorless, neutral viscous liquid. Easily soluble in water, insoluble in methanol and ethanol. Melting point: 149 °C – 152 °C; boiling point: 788.5 °C. Acid-resistant with mild, clean sweetness and no off-flavors. Does not participate in Maillard reaction. Provides approximately 2 kcal/g with excellent humectant and emulsifying properties. Produced from high-quality corn starch through enzymatic liquefaction, saccharification, hydrogenation, and refining.
