Product properties
Triisopropanolamine (TIPA) is a yellowish liquid with a mild amine odor. It is miscible with water and most polar solvents. With an active TIPA content of approximately 85% and balanced moisture, this product ensures stable handling and consistent performance across diverse industrial applications.

Storage
Triisopropanolamine (TIPA) should be kept in tightly sealed original containers, stored in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated area, and protected from moisture, strong acids, and oxidizing agents to maintain its quality.

Packing
Supplied in standard 200 kg net steel drums; 1000 kg IBC totes are also available. Customized packaging options can be arranged upon request.

Application
Triisopropanolamine (TIPA) is a versatile tertiary amine that delivers proven benefits in multiple industries:

  • Cement and concrete – as a grinding aid, TIPA significantly improves later‑age strength and milling efficiency, helping reduce clinker consumption.

  • Rubber production – TIPA serves as an effective chain extender.

  • Polyurethane systems – TIPA acts as a cross‑linking agent.

  • Metalworking fluids – TIPA functions as a tempering additive for annealing and quenching, and also provides antioxidant protection.

Product Specification

  • Triisopropanolamine content ≥ 85.0%

  • Water content ≤ 15.0%

  • Diisopropanolamine content ≤ 1.0%
